• 25 ADRs with mechanical line-anchor re-citations (both infra/main.bicep files shifted +11 to +35 after the 08-22/23 FinOps and forgot-password commits; Infrastructure DependencyInjection.cs shifted +13).
• Five new ADRs: 092 Core Web Vitals budget as a shipped test contract and deploy gate, 093 container image build and runtime posture (with the floating-tag/root-user postures recorded as open), 094 client-side entity data-access contract (including the DataGridListPageBase list-page section), 095 uniqueness under soft delete (filtered unique indexes convention), 096 best-effort side-effect contract.
• README.md index: 5 rows added, 7 summary cells refreshed, 18 verified unchanged; ADR-060 cross-referenced to 092; ADR-048/085 census aligned; stray fence artifact removed from 028.
